Looking for obit on Jack Stacy d. 2008, Hazard, Ky, parents are Col, Lilly and Annie Combs, Wife Margaret.?

I can't find an obit on this person. I'm also trying to find out where he is buried. I was told Black Hawk Cemetery, but that's not true I found out. (I haven't been there) But I was told he's not buried there. Jack Carly Stacy is his full name. His wife was Margaret, they had a bunch of kids, but I only know three names Kenny, Debby, and Monica. I'm unsure of year born. He died of cancer. Hoping you can help me. I heard his obit was in the Hazard, Ky newspaper. But I don't know how to access that.
