  1. Have you tried the below site it has deaths, births etc...

    I hope it helps

    http://www.ancestry.com/Default.aspx

  2. You will need more than just their names, unless the names are so unusual that absolutely no one on the face of the earth has a name vaguely similar.

You will, of course, need date of death, for a start

  3. I'm finding zero records for Leslie John Schellenberger (exact search), would he have gone by his middle name John?  If so, lots of records - - dates would certainly help.

Do any of these records from the Victoria, Australia Rural Cemetery Records, 1836-1988 database look familiar?:

    Name: Archibald John McMillan

    Birth: abt 1872

    Death: 26 Dec 1957 - Victoria

    Name: H John McMillan

    Birth: abt 1863

    Death: 2 Oct 1908 - Victoria

    Name: John McMillan

    Birth: abt 1863

    Death: 14 May 1954 - Victoria

    Name: Roderick John McMillan

    Birth: abt 1814

    Death: 12 Apr 1908 - Victoria

    Name: John Alexander McMillan

    Birth: abt 1869

    Death: 4 Aug 1928 - Victoria

    Name: John Francis McMillan

    Birth: abt 1921

    Death: Abt 1922 - Victoria

    Name: John Stanley McMillan

    Death: Abt 1975 - Victoria

    Name: John William McMillan

    Birth: abt 1914

  4. http://www.tedpack.org/obit.html

lists fourways to get obituaries, with more links than they allow you to paste in an answer. In ALL cases you'll need to know who the name, death date and death place. It is based on my experience in the USA, but things can't be that much different in kangaroo land, even though you drive on the wrong side of the street.

  5. Since I do not desire to look through 80 years of obituaries, a date would be nice to include if you really want help.
