Looking for others or continue it.....?

Question

Currently i working at one hotel, the salary is quite okay, but i feel very very tired working there, i just join this hotel 2 months only, i tell to myself i must work at here at least 1 year, so that next time when change work is more easier. But after i join the hotel, i found out that here is not the place that i want, i cant learn anything at here ( i'm at kitchen dept) , and all the senior also looking for others job now,even though the person that i thought he is the people i want to learn from, but he also wan to resign already, suddenly i feel that is that i get in to wrong hotel, i choose wrongly, should i continue working there looking for others job.....?

You're learning things whether you realize it or not.  The longer you're there, the better your chances are of getting more responsibility.

Keep looking, of course, but don't criticize the job too much in the mean time.
