Looking for parts for an ogio bag?

I have a OGIO Rail system bag, the type that the rail tilts the bag to a degree so that you can get your clubs in an out easier , i really love it but last year the rubber piece broke that holds it to the cart i cannot find a new one anywhere does any one know where i can get a new one? i already emailed ogio but no response.....

phone customer sevice at ogio , or return to shop and they will order the pice . if this is to time consuming , shoe repair store , for them no problem .by phoning ogio the customer service centre will either send you the pice that is defective , or give you a ticket number , when you get the ticket number , return the bag to a ogio dealer . the bag will then be sent to ogio , or . they will authorise reolacement  with new bag , if they decide the bag is not worth repairing . the advantge is this if the dealer contacts with ticket number , gives accurate description of damage . you might just leave with a new bag . dont worry the will repair or replace . i would bet replace , since it is easier for them to replace with same or upgraded bag . if you are desperate , you could take bag to shoe maker , and have repaired , this would take the warrenty  off the bag , definatly contact customer service at ogio . com  good luck . they are vastly underrated golf bags ,
