Looking for party games like Jenga and Polarity, any suggestions?

Hi.

I'm looking for games that are:

- Easy to learn

- Appropiate for a social gathering, that is, must encourage lively conversation instead of greed (no Monopoly) or deep meditation (no Chess).

- Not consisting of lots of small, easy-to-get-lost and difficult-to-set-up parts (no Puerto Rico)

- Lots of fun, and preferably lots of laughs, too.

So far, I've only found 2 that meet these criteria: Jenga and Polarity. Any other suggestions?

  1. I personally like Scattergories, boggle, twister, and of course, APPLES TO APPLES. (One of my favorite games)

  2. LCR! (Left Center Right)

Its consists simply of three dice. Great fun for everyone, and more fun when you use your own coins instead of the tokens provided. I got mine for $4 on ebay.

  3. The best games are Cranium,  Cranium Pop Culture, and Head Banz

  4. I love racko! Fast And fun!

  5. Here is a couple links to aid you in your search.  The first is a link to a listing of vintage out of print party games.  The second link is to the Game Closet Network where you may be able to purchase these vintage greats.
