Looking for picture/video of DIY/Home streamlining of an Automobile?

Question

Some time in the last few months, I saw a picture or video of an automobile that had been modified to add a "streamlined" nose, rear wheel skirts, and other items.

All made by someones personal ingenuity, not a manufacturer.

I cannot find it again. Maybe it was tree-hugger, or a yahoo group, I dont know.

If someone has seen something like that, please post it here. first one gets the points,

The new cars are streamlined. Leave it alone. The guy you saw was s******g it up. He didn't know what he was doing.
