  1. I like this website.  She has a lot of info on catering things yourself for 100+ people; you could cut quantities in half or 3/4 as needed, depending upon your guests.  She always has an eye for affordability coupled w/ elegance and pereparing ahead of time.  Check it out.

  2. well, i have a tip! after you cook the meat, fish, chicken, etc, keep the frying pan with the spices in and dont turn it off, then put some butter in, and fry some zucchinis on the spices in the frying pan , they will taste delicious, put it on a plate with the zucchinis around the edge of the plate like a circle, then mix some some sour cream with some lemon, black pepper, and some  dill and put it in the middle of the plate,,,delicious

  3. Sounds like a trip to Sam's Club or Costco!

Spaghetti comes to mind. You can add breadcrumbs to hamburger meat to stretch it when you make meatballs (mini-meatloaf balls).

Consider sliced and toasted french bread slices with it.

Salad with a vinaigrette dressing and croutons can be done en-masse.

Boxed cake or cupcakes elegantly decorated with frosting and sprinkles, and garnished with chocolate flakes. Perhaps with a dollop of ice cream.
