Okay i don't know about the not talking to strangers thing but if you surf www.pbskids.org and find her favorite pbskids channel she can play on that it is very educational and i used to do it all the time when i was little. Soemother sites i would recomend are

or if yuu have some extra money to buy her a webkinz she can go on that and play cool games and take care of her webkinz
