Looking for software that reads back to you words you have written?

i get alot of words mixed up(Reading and writing), and was looking for some software that can read out the words that I have writen in e-mails or in word!

Does anyone know somthing I can download from the internet?

or some software that reads back your work for you.

I'm not looking for software that reads back not software that you talk into.

Any help would be greatful

Why not use the narrator that MS provides - or are you using a different operating system?

Have a look in the Access area in Accessories.
