Dinner at Jean Georges right at Central Park. Or perhaps a great lunch there with a horse and carriage ride thru the park afterwards.

I love Amaranth on 62nd and Madison, it's this quaint little Italian restaurant.  Not at all touristy or so.  Have a great anniversary!
