Looking for someone?

I am looking for someone whom I beleive is in prison?

Problem is I do not have his D.O.B. So this is making it very difficult for me to find him. In order to get info on someone in the prison system you need there CDC number or birthdate..I have neither! The article (link) above is the only thing I found on him.Does anyone have any other idea that will help?? Thanks
