I have a home that Iam renting, the owner wants to sell, 4 br 21/2 bath, large yard in beryville AR they want 112,000.00, they would probly take less.? I would like someone who would be interrested in helping us. With the recent morage rates going up, we had to give up our home and are now starting over(we lost everything) Except for the willingness to OVER COME. Please do not waste your time here,

no one will give you finance at this  rate.

plus you are a self -business owner..

even banks will not touch less than 7%-9% and with a  lrage down payment too.
