Looking for someone who specializes in ghost's or paranormal!?

Question

i live around the san antonio tx area and i am looking for someone who specializes in the paranormal activity.

i need someone to come into my house and see if they can find what or who is haunting my house.

and how communicate with it or them please send me an email at this if anyone knows someone who is good and reliable.

and is somewhat cheap and affordable.

i head there is people that go to colleges or study groups for this and they will do it free.

just a rumor i heard not sure if it is true or not but please help me thank you for your time.

Sorry freind i live in England ,but your story brings back memories of an old Doctors house we moved to, same kind of sounds but nobody ever actually saw a ghost.

I heard from one of the Q&As on here that they usually do it for free (probably would take a donation to help with expenses)

Can you Edit and Add Details and tell us what's going on in your house? Sometimes there are people on here who have been through the same things and might could help you.Also, there are people on here who have their own Paranormal Team and might be able to help you...even go to your house..MAYBE.. Look up a site called  I AM HAUNTED  it's a paranormal site like my space.There are people there from around the world.I'm sure you can find help there.Here are a couble from Texas, West Texas Paranormal Investigations Society,Ghost Seekers of Texas, Gulf Coast Ghost Hunters Association,Haunted Houston,Gulf Coast Paranormal.These are just a couble that I found there are 170 members there just in Texas.Good Luck !

Normally people who go to colleges and such only study ghosts, not hunt for them.  Ghost hunters are usually just groups of people who form societies to help find ghosts.  Check out www.aaevp.com or www.ghostweb.com to locate a ghost hunting society near you.

I wish you the best of luck in finding a paranormal investigator.  However, in the interest of information, investigators differ greatly when it comes to belief systems.  If you showed your place to three different people one might say you had demons, another might say it's ghosts of people who died tragically and the third might say you have mischievous fairies.

The thing is, since there is nothing to measure they will draw a conclusion based on what their belief system dictates.  If they personally believe demons roam the Earth then that will be what they fall back on, just as your belief in the paranormal has led you to assume events you have perceived to have a paranormal cause.

I would encourage you to approach this with the assumption that everything has occurred naturally.  Only consider a paranormal explanation after all normal explanations have been exhausted.  When you jump to a paranormal conclusion to describe just one event you will be much more likely to ascribe a paranormal cause to other events later.  I encourage you to avoid superstition and magical thinking.

I am a founder and lead investigator for Southern Paranormal Investigations (S.P.I.).  Although we are not located in the San Antonio area (we are in the Houston area), I am affiliated with other groups and may be able to help you find a team in your area.  Most respectable groups will not charge for their services (although they may accept donations for expenses), and to be honest, if they do ask for a fee, I would look elsewhere.
