    This is wrote I wrote:

"The American NRL web site has put information about the broadcaster and when it will be shown in the US. It will be shown on "Setanta Sports is available on Direct TV."[1]

"The time is "SUNDAY, OCTOBER 1st - 4:30am est"

"Pacific time is 3 hours before / after, so it would be 1.30am pst.  I think it is daylight saving time at the moment, so I do not know whether the est is for Eastern Standard Time, or daylight saving time.

    "Get to American NRL here

    "Get to Setanta Sports here

    ""

So I would suggest finding a bar or hotel that has this channel.  I do not know how successful you will be.

  3. We watched the Australian Rules Football Grand-Final in a bar in San Francisco in September 2000.

We simply looked for a bar with LOTS of TV sets around the wall and asked the barman if we could have FOX Sports on.

He was happy to oblige as his son was born in Brisbane.

I suggest you ask around on the strip or maybe the casinos will have sports bars i am sure.

  4. No idea, but I guess you could ask around in bars if they have cable TV which plays the NRL Grand Final. Go the Melbourne Storm!! (Pity there aren't any Sydney based teams...)
