Looking for space to throw a party in NYC?

Im planning on hosting a party in September for between 600-750 high school kids. I was looking at the Cathedral (thecathedralnyc.com) which was an option. I was wondering if anyone knew of any other good party venues for less than $10,000. The party isn't formal; it's just going to be a dj and a dance floor.

any large park pavilion buildings you can rent out- those are usually very inexpensive.
