Looking for stable job?

I am a freelance Lighting Audio/Video technician in NYC with a bachelor of technology and 7 years experience in the buisness. I also do high end home theater installations. I'm looking to settle down for the family but have had no luck finding anything remotely related to the entertainment industry. Any ideas??
