if i just finished my gcse exam, havent get my result back yet, what should i write on my CV?

I would just put that you are awaiting your results.  You could put the results down for your mock exams if they were good.  

As for work - depends what you want to do... try an office recruitment agency, walk around big shopping areas (like Oxford street) as a lot of shops have ads in the window, look at big company websites like supermarkets and restaurants, don't forget the Evening Standard sometimes have suitable jobs.  Good luck!
