There is really a lack of good adaptive clothing in Toronto stores.  Have you considered ordering online?  Silvert's is quite good.  They have a variety of adaptive clothing categorized by the type of disability, and have a special section for alzheimers.  Most of their clothes have velcro or zippered back or sides making them great for those in wheelchairs, and they ship to Canada (they don't mess you around with shipping either, it's under $15 for shipping in 3-6 days no matter how much you order, or if you do a big order shipping is free).  Check out their website http://www.silverts.com/index.cfm
