  1. we go france everyyear and either use marks and sencers of the post office

    happy holidays

  2. I generally buy some petty cash, say £20-£40's worth of euros/dollars/whichever currency is relevant from my local bank and then use cash machines in the country I'm visiting. However, when using foreign cash machines, draw your daily limit each time you use it because there's usually a flat fee. It works out cheaper than commission for large amounts but more expensive for small amounts.

  3. I take about €100 with me and then use my nationwide card at the bank ATM s at no cost to my account, in charges or commission.

  4. Marks and Spencers.

they always have the best sell and buy rates, and they are commission free.

  5. You are pretty much guaranteed to be best of at the post office, as they charge 0% commission.
