I am deformed, but I can tell you the best place for Ribs in Central Jersey is Uncle Bubb's Face Smear

We like Big Ed's in Old Bridge.  There are other options like Famous Dave's whose ribs are fine but it's a chain restaurant.  Big Ed's is unique with lots of character and great food including all-you-can-eat ribs.

From Middlesex County it's a very short drive and well worth it.
