Looking for the name of a book?

So I read this book a long long time ago. The title I know has the name Helen in it-its Waiting on Helen or Waiting for Helen or something like that. Its about a little girl and her family moves and the little girl becomes friends with a ghost named Helen. Does anyone know the book I'm talking about???

I read the same book it is called the "Ghost Sitter"It was one of my all time favorite books.
