Looking for the name of a restaurant in New York?

Its pretty famous, I just cant seem to think of the name right now...Its just for desserts, its decorated kind of modern with bright colored furniture that just looks like candy. I really need the name of this place.

Perhaps it's Dylan's, although it's not a restaurant per se.  They have ice cream and all types of candies there; and their chairs and tables are decorated with all types of candies.

or Serendipity 3? Although the furniture isn't candy-like
