Looking for the name of a song from the Hills Season 4, episode 1...?

It's right after Lauren and Doug talk at Audrina's party and Lauren remembers she has to get the cake... but stops playing right as Lauren runs into Lo in the kitchen and finds out she has been upstairs throughout the party. Lyrics are..."how far can we make it, how long can we take it, how hard can we fall to love somebody to love somebody"... It's a girl singing. I couldn't seem to match it to any of the songs listed on mtvs website. Thanks.
