Okay,so i heard this song on the radio,and the only part i remember kinda goes like "you wha' you wha'?"

No offence and im not being racist,but it was sing by black guys(you know how you can just tell by their voices)and was hip-hoppy.Or rap.I dunno,i'm so stupid i can't tell the difference,but yeah.

Does anyone know.?
