  3. Moisture trap crystals

We get ours for our holiday caravan at B&Q if you are in UK.

They sell a big refill tub for the moisture traps.

  4. The product that you're thinking of is called silica gel. However, given the size of a car, it would probably be cheaper to use a fan or to open all of the doors and let the car sit outside for awhile.

  5. soda crystals you can get them in any hardware shop.

  6. If you live in the Uk you can get Moisture Trap crystals from Lakeland stores or buy it on line. They go into a little box about 10 inches long and soak up excess moisture in the air. Refill crystals are available too. Really effective at taking away dampness and damp smells and not too expensive either. Wash your hands or wear gloves though as it can be an irritant to sensitive skin.

  7. If you live in England, then Wilkinsons (Wilkos) sell it.

  8. I use one that comes in a plastic container by Damp Rid called moisture collection crystals.  I especially like it because the crystals attract the moisture from the air and the container collects it.  You can continue dumping out the water until all of the crystals are gone and then buy a milk carton refill of the crystals and reuse the container.  Less packaging, reuse and little waste because the carton is recycled.  You can find it on the cleaning aisle at Low es Home Improvement Center.

  9. I think you mean silica gel - but leaving the doors & windows open on a warm day is likely to dry it out faster. Also, take the carpets out if they are wet.
