Looking for the name of the short story about futuristic ice cream?

It was a story I read in my English textbook in 7th grade. I don't know what it was called or who it was by, but it was about a couple of kids, I think, that went to some shop and got this ice cream that never melted and wasn't even cold. It was free, so they ate as much as they could. But it made them really fat, so they would have to pay to use these machines like phone booths that took the weight off, and left little blue dots on them. Any ideas on the title or author?
