Looking for the name/recipe for an authentic austrian spicy pork sandwich?

My husband went to austria and told me about a sandwich he had. He described it as a huge portion, had pork, and a spicy sauce on it that was excellent. Can someone please help me out and find the name of this sandwich or the recipe for it? I hope someone knows what im talking about.

That depends.  If it was a breaded cutlet, that would be schnitzel (it's usually made of veal (the classic Weiner schnitzel) but the pork version is Schweinsschnitzel).  It can be served with many different sauces -- my mother used to make a sauce from horseradish and apples.
