Looking for the person who built the first free standing bridge in germany?

I need any imformation on Hildebran Bareiss-Bariess that engeneered & built the first free standing bridge in Germany not sure of the town or even if it was before the holocaust.

  1. You have very little ideas about when the the holocaust was and when people started to build free standing bridges. As a matter of fact, even the British claim that for themselves, but they admit the Romans did it before, and the Mayans and Aztecs could do build freestanding bridges long before our age.

    But if you're looking for a really beautiful bridge (although on pillars) in Europe, I`d recommend these two:

    They're all from medieval times.


  2. Do you mean the Blue Wonder in Dresden? It was built in 1893. But I can't find the name of that guy anywhere.
