Looking for the small plastic pieces to connect to the spoke of a bicycle to make noise? From the late 80's

Spokeys?  Or Spokey Dokeys?  I can't remember what they were called.  I actually saw a knock-off package of some in a Toys R Us several years ago, but I have no idea if they're still available.   Maybe you could find some large plastic beads at a craft store and cut slots in them, if the hole in the middle was the right size.

You know I didn't know they actually made one.  When I was a kid...we clipped a playing card onto the spoke with a clothespin.  The more you clipped on the louder and better it was.  I know it isn't what you wanted  but thanks for bringing back a memory!
