Yes, that is actually quite easy! King County Metro route #194 express can take you directly from 4th & Jackson (Rail Station) in downtown Seattle to the Doubletree hotel across from the airport. The bus will first serve the airport terminal then proceed outside of the airport stopping right across the street from the hotel entrance on International Blvd. The fare is only $1.25 during off peak hours and $2.00 during weekday rush hours and the trip is only 25 minutes.  The route runs frequently from about 5AM until 10PM The #174 local also makes the trip but takes a bit longer at 40 minutes travel time but operates 24 hours a day.
