  1. Australian Bush Flower Essences Bush Fuchsia would be my first choice but would add as possible others is Crowea, Hibbertia, Jacaranda, Pink Mulla-Mulla and Yellow cowslip orchid.  But if you get the combination Calm & Clear Essence you will have several of the above and most likely will help with just those included, Bush Fuchsia, Crowea & Jacaranda as you do not need all the ones mentioned in the repertory to work.  the Bush Fuchsia is the most needed.  Australian Bush Flower Healing by Ian White is the book I would recommend you get as you will find it handy for your other problems.

  2. It is always best to determine the reason for the symptoms.

Do you know the cause, inner ear infection, labyrinthitis (can be a cause or an imbalance in the fluid of the Eustachian tubes.

    Any visual changes.

Ginger for motion sickness is good as well as what you are experiencing.

Any rapid change in the position of the head can intensify your symptoms ie.. getting up from bed, up from a chair can add to it. Also if you turn your head quickly while walking, so turn with your whole body.

    Good luck.

  3. Phosphorus 30 one dose (three globules) will stop your vertigo.  Have the cause evaluated thereafter from a doctor  and further remedies can be taken, if the vertigo ever come back.

The above is an information.  Always consult a doctor before administering any medicine.

  4. The only one I've seen that can directly help dizziness and Vertigo would be Vinpocetine. It's an over-the-counter natural (from periwinkle) supplement, plus it's good for overall brain health, so it can help for memory and concentration.
