  1. Glad you are committed to this - now all you need is cash. 1 month rent deposit - 1 month rent - cleaning deposit - utility deposits - furniture - bedding and linens - grocery basics. You will need a job that supplies enough money to cover monthly living expenses and car gas and insurance.

So make you budget - get that job - and enjoy.

  2. most cities have apartment searches, where you go in free of charge and tell them what you can afford to spend and they'll find a place.

Most colleges have services too, Craigslist is good as well. A large apartment complex is safer, because they usually have a maintenance person on staff, and good security and services. But can be more expensive.

Renting a house or part of house canbe cheaper and you may have more room ie yard & basement. But private landlords could be risky.

  3. You need money if you plan to move out so before you do anything moving, find a good job first. Think of a long term job. When you have the job you can go ahead with your plan. You need to have an independent attitude and matured mind too.

  4. first get a job

    finish your college education

    o and get married

unless you want to live in a dorm room for college
