Looking into starting a night club/concert venue?

What would you rather see, one that is more upscale with nice decor, good music for 25 - 40 crowd, wine bar and regular bar, coffee bar, light food,

OR

More 18 - 29 centric decor and music, with regular bar only, and more modern atmosphere?

The size will be relatively small, 100 - 150 people at most. What do you think you would rather see? If location is important it will be in Lakeland, FL. We have several colleges.

Look at your "market" and which crowd you are most likely going to attract given the demographics! Good luck!
