Looking to add michigan paranormal investigators, how do i do that?

I know I asked before how to ask how to advertise for getting investigations/examine stories for our Michigan paranormal team but where would I go to post advertising i need Michigan "Serious members" any clue guys? Craig's list don't work for me lol... and The current members we have kind of all just bumped into each other LOL

Hmmm.. As my saying would go "When making a new gravel road it will always be bumpy at first, it takes time to even out and throw all the big rocks away to make it perfect and pack down."  

Metaphorically speaking that means give it time, give it chances, and filter out the large chunks that cause problems and move em to where they don't create problems.  The key secret to gaining members is by being patient, hang out locally around spots where people interested in the field are known to hang out, this can also apply to the Internet too, Connections Are Key in Making A Full Circuit, I have even heard of people who leave their business cards in paranormal library books, it all basically depends on the certain niche of a person your looking for, hang out or leave info at the place your expecting a person that you want to come from, sometimes you strike gold other times you've just dug a 500 foot shaft and only found nothing.

The main thing to remember thou however is that more sometimes is not necessarily better, more means more headaches, hassles, stress fullness, money to spend, and etc. but means less work.  With less people you will have undoubtedly more work to do however less worries to have to worry about, and are more tightly knit and can be more productive.  Either way you go, the road to making a name for yourselves is about the same length.
