Hello,

I am looking to buy an older muscle car from either 60's or 70's

Heres a list of what i have looked at and what is in my budget:

72 Camaro

69 Camaro

72 Corvette

69 Firebird

73 Charger

69 Mustang

72 Cuda

WELL, thats the list any suggestions

PS. I really just want something that will turn heads and maybe lift just a little asphalt.

And please, spare me the lecture, i know the drill. Ive hear every environment buff and ecofriendly person on the earth. Ok, I do care about the ecosystem and everything but I just think its awsome to have a pavement ripper.

Who cares if nasa can track where you drive just by looking at the ozone layers disintegrating evertime I start it up.

  1. I like your attitude :) You can't go wrong with any of those cars. I personally like the 72ish (I don't remember the exact year chevy made them) camaro split bumper. Its not as popular as say a 69 camaro. but give it time and people will start trying to collect those as well. especially the split bumper because there is not that many of them.

  2. 1st pick 69 Mustang

    2nd pick 73 Charger

  3. camaro's are nice. i don't see too many cuda's out there so if you're thinking about turning heads may as well grab one.

  4. No-brainer, bro.... 1969 Camaro was one of the best sellers ever, and you would never have any problems selling it if you decided to (it's a classic).  Chicks AND guys dig it.  It's super easy to drive, fun too, and they are simple to build.  The light ***-end makes for great burnouts and the car looks rad while doing it.  I had one back in the day, electric blue with two black stripes running from trunk to hood.  (You brought back memories for me, lol).  Oh, and I'm pretty sure that if you have a model year 1969 or older they give a break with registration, smog, etc.?  What a bonus.  And you know that Chevy parts are all over the country.  Now that I think of it, if ya find two nice ones maybe I'll take one?  Good luck.  Mean Mike.

  5. well first i would like to say (must be nice to have money)

i would like the cuda my self.but that's just me.
