Looking to buy a new digital camera under $400, any suggestions on which brand is the best?

Good flash for night mode, concerts etc., still shots, bright lights. The more the zoom the better. :-)

While I can't give you any exact information, I know that Cannon and Nikon are the two most popular and reliable brands out there right now.

coolpix. those cameras have 8 mega pixels which makes pictures better.

Nikon is the BEST brand. I have a Nikon CoolPix L16 and it is awsome! I'm not sure but it was about a hundred and fifty ($150.00).
