Looking to buy a unit in North Sydney either in Pennant Hills or Hornsby.Which is a better place to invest in?

Safety, convenience, easy to rent out or sell later would be some of the things I am looking for in the unit I purchase

It depends what type of market you want to attract so if you want say the more wealthy i'd go for the Nth Shore but if you would be happier with more average tenants Pennant Hills or Hornsby would be the go.

For you then, i would say Pennant Hills. Around were I live, Hornsby has a bad reputation for safety.
