what is the diffference between a dry suit and a wet suit? What are the advantages and disadvantages of both?

what should i get if i bodyboard in the north of spain? wet or dry suit? What type?

  2. A wetsuit, as it's name implies, gets you wet.  What it does is it keeps water near your body, so that it'll heat up and give you insulation against the cold water.

    A drysuit keeps you dry, but for insulation you need to have layers underneath.  The plus to this is you can have one suit for different temperatures, as you can wear different amounts of insulation.

    Wetsuits are typically less expensive, but a set thickness, meaning they're best for a certain water temperature range.

    It's really up to you which one to get, but you might want to talk to a ski/surf shop and get some input.  They might also be able to get you a deal on whichever you choose.
