Hi. Well I'm from Sweden, and I can tell you that neighboring Scandinavian countries, Denmark, Norway, Finland, also have free tuition (apart from books). These are really great places to study, I highly recommend it. And in Sweden there is the most classes offered with English textbooks/lectures, compared to the other countries....
