Looking to find out information regarding princess cruise ship breaking down departing Brisbane 3 May 2008?

My above question is in regards to a friend who is on that boat. It departed Brisbane on 3 May 2008, the ship is the Princess Cruise ship and it has supposedly broken down off the coast of Brisbane somewhere. I am truly sorry but I did not get to speak to my friend they left a message so I am a little concerned. I would greatly appreciate even if they are just hints to try and find out what happened exactly so I know if she is ok. Thankyou for anyones help or advice.

I don't know if this will help, but there is a website called Cruise Junkies that lists everything that goes wrong on a cruise, such as breaking down, someone falling off the ship, etc.  That might have some additional information about what happened to your friend's ship.  I would also check the Princess website to see if there is anything on it about the problem.  Good luck.

Additional info:  I just checked a website called cruise critic for you.  It says that the ship you are talking about is now running again and headed to its destination.  If you want more info, go to google, type in Princess cruise brisbane broke down as your keywords and the cruise critic question and answer that talks about this incident will be the first thing that comes up.
