  1. you're in the wrong section but hey, i do soccer too,

    for workout plans you definetly want to try and do lots of leg excersises to build strength, most soccer players are sometimes slowed down b/c of their thighs so try and work those out the mosty.

    lots of stretching plans

    as for weight training.....if i can be honest with you i've never lifted a weight in my life =/ and i know you'd think differently looking at my avatar but most [all] of my figure is from swimming..lol can't help you there but i'd suggest again anything related to the legs and arms also upper body helps.

    well when i did soccer i ate lots of protein meaning eggs, grains[cereals], and of course you dont want a sugar crash either so no candy but you definetly want vegetable for fiber, and milk for calcium keeps the bones strong and is likely to keep you in for most of the season instead of out for injury.

    i know i sucked at it but i hope i helped in someway.


  2. well first i think you should just eat more healthy like swich soda with water, chips with veggies, and dont starve yourself. Also work out more go to the gym for a couple of hours or jog a mile or two. Last drink green tea which helps keep you focoused so you can think about what your eating
