I would like suggest to you that you should go to India, bcos it is perfact destination as per your amount, really India is the great palace for vacation, I have recently returned from India trip.

it is passable to get a week in one or both of them places for less then that if you pop into travail anent or look in there window for offers you will find something if you want to make sure try e-travail.com they mite have something with in your budget
