Looking to hire someone to help raise money for an exciting event, ex-stock broker perferred, where do I look?

Question

I am producing a large festival in May of 2009, and need a few people to hit the phones and raise some capital for the event. Ideally I am looking for someone who has expierence on the phone, has a rolodex of potential investors, and is motivated to raise 500K. We are willing to pay for the help, they can be located anywhere, and we will support them with all material needed. I searched craigslist and some other routes but cant seem to find what I am looking for. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
