Looking to lose 5 maybe 10 pounds?

Hey Everyone, My name is Sara. Well I am 13 and i am probably around 120 pounds and i am 5"3. I know that is in the average part of the bmi but my stomach and thighs are not HUGE but there not skinny. Let's say my mom won't let me wear a bikini because of my stomach. I tries dieting before but then i end up quiting a week or so after. I am only looking to lose 5 or 10 pounds and maybe tone up a bit. I am starting soccer soon. Have any idea's how i can do this???

  1. Join the SAS.


  2. The best way is to use your own body weight to excercise. Running and pullups and crunches are my favorite excercises. they do burna lot of fat. Soccer will definately help you lose weight.

  3. it takes hard work but it pays off, become a vegan (or at least a vegetarian) and have lighter snacks

  4. Eat really healthy and excersise daily. Those are the only things that you can really do about it.
