Looking to move to europe! Help!?

From where?  Unless you have an EU or other Europe passport (such as CH or NO which are not part of the EU), then you will need a work and/or residence visa.  To get that, you either need to have a job offer from a German firm, or be independently wealthy and able to prove it and prove your willingness to pay (high) German tax and not qualify for some benefits--such as retirement.  With your job offer, both you and the employer file it with the authorities; you apply for a work and residence permit and pay the application fee (€80?) and wait 2-6 months for a reply... which could be no.  To get a German job, you need unique and in-demand expertise that can not be filled from German labour, then by EU labour, and it has to be verified.

It must be the high taxes, the strong €uro, and gloomy gray long winter weather that most attract you to Germany.  Best of luck.

Just apply for a suitable visa. Once you have that buy a ticket for a flight.
