Looking to retrieve my bank account info. from banca promex

it's a bank that was bought. I do have account # but its the bank I can't find. Its in mexico. I dont live their nor have i been their. It belonged to my mom im the beneficiary.

apparently you dont have any accounts with banca promex(whatever that is)...because if you had...it wouldnt be hard...u could always call them up and ask for online access to your account with promex(whatever that is.....again).
