Looking to start online store

Question

I'm 14 years old, 15 in February, and I'm looking to start my own online store selling handmade things such as hair clips, necklaces, pouches, etc. I'd use polymer clay to make charms.

What I need to know is how can I get this started, list of materials to pick up such as fabric, stuff to make hairclips, etc.

I'm thinking of making stuff like on http://kawaiigoods.com but you know, not exactly the same, my stuff would be different.

This has always been something I've wanted to do.

And yes I know how business works, so no mean comments or treating me like I'm dumb.

Did you try setting up a craft table at a craft fair locally?  Ask for an adults help, because you are underage to sell on line.  Then you can try ebay with a sign up from an adult.  Some people start blogs to sell things on them.
