Lacy's a mid level club fighter, Tarver's whole career is based on the idea that he beat Roy Jones, Kessler is a nobody, and Roy Jones is washed up.

If Lacy wants to get paid, he better be courting Jones as best he can. Jones is the only one on that list who can attract enough interest in the media to get the fight signed and get it on (maybe) pay-per-view.
