French Team? What do ya think? "Alain Bernard said his French relay team would take down Michael Phelps and the Americans." Talk is cheap Alain. Action speaks louder than words. All I can say is, may the best swimming team win! Go team USA! : )

That was one of the most exciting relay I've ever seen.  I thought we were gonna lose to the smack talking French until the last few meters.  That's what I call French TOAST.  Go USA!! :)

USA did put the smackdown on the frogs, done deal.

Whatever the steroids etc. the French are taking to get so good so fast was not enough.

USA broke the world record by 4 seconds!!!

wow that race was amazing. i was soo excited when Lezak caught up with them. the look on the frenchs faces were priceless

They already did.    The US won the 400m medley relay -- the race in which Bernard said the French would beat the USA.
