Question:

Loose 30 pounds in 3 months?

so, i need to loose thirty pounds. FAST.

i'm already:

drinking 10 cups of water

running five miles a day

drinking 2 cups of skim milk

doing eight mintue abs twice

and eating vegan life-style.

what else can i do?! i'm desprate people :D

  2. Try fish-oil pills. They helped me. Good for your heart and lungs (help your running) and good for your brain... also full of those Omega-3s and good for you fatty acids.

    Also, try wheatgrass. A TON of antioxidants that rev up your system and totally natural and healthy for you.

    BTW, vegans don't drink milk. Nor take fish oil pills, actually.

  4. Eat 1300-1500 calories a day, exercise 30 min/6x a week, eat healthy, balanced meals, don't eat after 7, eat 5 times a day, don't starve yourself, and results will come.
